結合了文旦柚、青檸和百香果與黑糖和白巧克力甘納許。
擠上細細熬煮至精準117度C,緩緩打至六~七分的蛋白霜,
快速地用噴火槍將蛋白霜打上陰影,燒出焦糖香氣與層次口感。
最後撒上幾絲檸檬皮!
